    Zell is an android who was manufactured by his forerunner model Cell . He has all the abilities from Cell but doesn't have to absorb special individuals . He can gain his different forms by absorbing people with much energy .
    List of Transformation's :

    Normal State :

    Zell 322177-1131240591_super

    Attacks : Absorption
    Ki blast ( and all other basic attacks )


    First transformation : Zell 200px-Semi-perfect_cell
    PL required for transformation : 200.000
    Gain : Pl 2x ( meaning when he has 200.000 he'll have 400.000 )
    Attacks : unknown


    Second Transformation : Zell 1199w7n
    PL required for transformation : 950.000
    Gain : Pl 3x ( Meaning if he has 950.000 and transforms he has 2.850.000 and so on )
    Attacks : unknown





    Third Transformation : Looks just the same as in second transformation but with small lighting bolts circling around him
    Requirements: Being defeated in Second form and so damaged that he blows up .
    Gain : Pl 3.5x and a standard Pl of 1.000.000 . ( If he has 1.000.000 he has in this transformation 3.500.000 )
    Attacks : unknown





    Techniques

    Tail suck up :

    Does: This sucks up his oppoenents with his tail, making them going deeper inside of him, taking theor energy.
    Effect: It rasises my pl by the opponents pl, which is a very big change.
