    Quest Overview: As king kai transmits your spirit over to Grand Kai's planet. You are unfamiliar with the combatants around the area. You are appointed to meet up with Olibu, a northern quadrant fighter that happens to be around the community.
    Rewards: You are now able to do quests with Olibu on Grand Kai's Planet.
