[N/A] Galick Gun [Quest]

After losing in the first round of the tournament to Nappa, Rilock decided he needed to train harder like a Saiyan and to learn Galick Gun.

Rilock went back to the forest to train hard he brought his five pound weight with him. This time instead of flying he ran to the forest at full power. It took him about four to five days to get there do to the distance.
He immediately got to work by doing 50 pull-ups.

Rilock decided the best way to train today was to do interval training. This involved five hours of straight training with little breaks. He first started by running in place for a minute then changed to a minute of crunches then back to running in place for a minute. He did this back and forth for a hour then rested for two minutes. The second set was push-ups to kicking a tree. The third set was to punch a tree then do pull-ups. The fourth set was leg lifts to bench pressing a tree trunk, The fifth set was Throwing ki blasts to squatting tree trunks. After each set he only allowed rest for two minutes.

After this interval training he sat down to meditate on his training he had just done. The Saiyan was mentally tougher he was able to push himself past his limits and push past the pain he was feeling. His mind was one with his body. He ate some food because he was hungry and needed to replenish what he had lost during the workout.

After Rilock's break he powered back up as far as he could. Then he went to learn the Galick Gun. He first shot a few ki blast to warm up to it. Then he sat there and powered up a ki blast as much as he could. then he unleashed it. It only came out as a bigger ki blast. He imagined how Nappa did it again him in the tournament and he tried it again only to release another big ki blast. After doing this for a while and still failing he decided to think about it for a bit. Then he realized what he was doing wrong. He got up to attempt it again. He charged his ki then shot it but kept sending ki through it to keep the stream going. Rilock lost control of it and hurt him a bit. He needed to learn to control it. The Saiyan sat and meditated on it for an hour to learn how he needed to control the Galick Gun attack.
Once Rilock was done meditating he tried the attack again. Rilock charged the Ki and shot it with the continues flow of the Ki while mentally controlling the Ki to not lose it. The Saiyan kept doing it over and over again so he was sure he had it under control,
Once he was done learning the Galick Gun Rilock ate some food and then went to sleep for the night.
