[Earth] For the Empire!! (for the enclave quest is on planet vegeta)

Quest Overview: Mistress Kumiko of the Imperial Vanguard of planet Vegeta has travelled to planet Earth to hire you for a personal quest. She seeks someone who is heartless....someone who knows that they are the strongest in the universe, and the only way to show it is by showing no remorse. The Imperial Vanguard wish to give a warning shot to the Enclave forces to let them know that they will not tolerate any rebels. You are hired to travel to a small Enclave base to the north on Earth and decimate all who live there. Once the base reaches 200% damage, retreat and report to her of your doing. Doing so, will spark the war between the two sides and lead to great death and turmoil.

Quest reward- -80 alignment. 15,000 zenni, and 28,000 PL, but if you are strong enough to destroy the whole base in one blast...... 20,000 zenni and 50,000PL

Note:
Certain buildings offer more damage to get to 200% destruction or more and they also give off several disadvantages.

Enclave Santuary: + 20% destruction, and 3 Enclave saiyans (15,000 PL each) will come out to defend the rest of the city.

School: +30% destruction. (no special disadvantages)

Enclave Barracks: 90% destruction, and 1 saiyan of your same power level will come out to defend the city.

Library: 30% destruction. (no special disadvantages)

Market District: 100% destruction, and 5 saiyans of your same power level will attempt to stop you.

Enclave Training Facility: 50% destruction, and 2 saiyans (45,000 PL) will come out to try and stop you)

Central Park: 40% destruction. (no special disadvantages)

If you are high enough power level (Over 3,500,000 PL) and decimate the whole base in one blast, then you must face off against 10 Enclave saiyans of your same power level and kill them all.
