Regarding PL multiplier quests

Because the Admins have been unable to reach a decision on them recently, I'm temporarilly uplifting the hold on these quests.  I am, however, adding this addendum:  Admins are allowed to grant anywhere up to the multiplier.  If the admin thinks you have not done enough work to justify the entire reward, they can give as little as they deem necessary-- so if a quest would give you 100,000 PL due to multiplying, you should be very sure to write a thread that's actually worth 100,000 PL.  THIS IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE.  But we will tell you if it does change.  Until then, please feel free to take these quests again.
