EVENTS

Guys, we need new events to spark a light in this dark tunnel. We need this site's power level to rise, and be hidden no more. (Seriously) I have an idea for an event, so, this is how it goes:

An evil monster, summoned by an evil character in this RPG, is formed. He is an evil beyond any other, and feast on the flesh of all. It is an android, however, and is far worse than cell, although it has the same features of Cell... And is cell. In an new form! This is a destructive monster. Once reborn, summonded by the dragon balls by someone on either earth or namek, the person that summons him will get to be the master of the New Cell. But, as we have evil and good characters on this site, everyone will have the choice of fighting for the survival of all life, or working to destroy it. But, to join the New Cell, you must be evil (-50 alignment), and must not be of a humane race (Ex: Human, Namekian, Saiyan.) There would be exceptions, but that is for the master of the New Cell to discover. Once the New Cell brings devastation to a planet, it must then destroy every hero in this RPG. Meaning, all good must team up to stop this evil force form destroying every other world known that it didn't already destroy.

There are no PL limits, but the New Cell's PL will be 1,000,000 as a start.

He will have all the powerful moves of the real cell. Ex: Death Beam, Solar Flare, Kamehameha, etc. There will be more powers for the new cell, but that will be for us all to coordinate into actuality.

This could work, if were going to do no transformations like legend said, we'll need a reason or members will get mad. Like for Saiyans there would be a anti - blutz wave machine, they would still be capable of going Super Saiyan, just not Great Ape, or Golden Ape so they can't go SSJ4. And for androids, maybe a, weak EMP pulse, it weakens them enough to prevent them from transforming, but not enough to disable them. For Humans, I don't know what to do for the rest. Maybe some sort of shielding that makes it so that when you go through you lose your transformations for the other races that aren't explained?

Um, how about an anti-engorgement program put inside Cell, so that Humans can't transform into super humans (they must be large as super, and with anti-engorgement, they can't get bigger)?

we'll stick to DBZ for now...then when the site builds up we'll start plots ok.
