    You must prove yourself to be a kind-hearted being in order to be allowed to learn the sacred Namekian healing techniques. The tests do not involve fighting prowess, but instead tests of courage and intelligence, and examination of your morality. Only those pure of heart may be allowed to learn these techniques.  Once this is proven, a Namekian of the Dragon Clan teaches your character how to heal.

    Requirements: Must be a Namekian, must have good alignment.
    Rewards: PL 3000, Namekian Healing Ability
    Note: If you lose your good alignment, the healing ability is dramatically weakened.
