But this is a powerful android. He's going to a military base outside east city, kill him and do it in front of no one. Make sure no one sees it. Keep everything a secret return the files back to Red Ribbon after words. The androids power level is 30,500 and he powers up to 42,000. He's especially fast so it won't be easy catching him and sure as hell not easy killing him.

Quest Reward: 10,000 pl -20 alignment
Quest Requirment must be at least 37,000 and of -40 alignment and completed "Get a job!" quest.
